Case of primary bilateral adrenal lymphoma

Primary bilateral adrenal lymphoma is extremely rare. We report a case of bilateral adrenal lymphoma developing in a 61-year-old woman. The patient presented with weakness, fever, anorexia, nausea, and weight loss.
